In advance, Nobel Chef of the Year Jessie Sommarström had revealed part of the main course: porridge. Well laid out, it was of course much more elegant than the word first suggested. A salty, “modern cultural porridge” was combined with, among other things, quenelles on chicken and legumes on the gold-rimmed plates.

Description

The highlights from the party of parties – the Nobel banquet – are of course many. Some of them were the previously mentioned porridge, newly written music from Laleh and the speeches of the Nobel laureates in the Blue Hall.

As always, there was pomp and circumstance at the Nobel Festival, also in 2024.
